ICEBERG project

Following on from the VEEP project , the European ICEBERG project started in June 2020. The European Union is financing the project which is part of the Horizon 2020 programme.

The ICEBERG project stands for an innovative circular economy, based on the efficient recovery of valuable material resources from end-of-life building materials. It aims to tackle unnecessary disposal of the most common construction and demolition waste products.

C2CA Technology and GBN Group are collaborating with 35 other European organizations on this project.

The aim of the ICEBERG project is to design, develop and validate innovative recycling systems and technologies. With the development of Circuton, our concrete recycling factory producing 100 % circular concrete, C2CA Technology fits in seamlessly with its circular aims and expertise.
